Sounds like a great product guys. When collecting valuable business intelligence from monitoring it’s important that you have business processes to feed the BI back into the business in the right way and that it be shared with the right person with the appropriate capability to use that BI effectively. Companies using monitoring often make their biggest mistakes when using the BI in the wrong way and engaging the end user inappropriately.
